Privacy policy

This site works without cookies, without tracking and without embedded third-party content. Personal data arises only when the site itself is loaded and when you use the contact form.

The German version is the binding one; this English translation is provided for convenience only.

1. Controller

STILLA, c/o KRSM Softwareschmiede GmbH, Hüttenstrasse 4, 6. OG, 40215 Düsseldorf.
Email: info@beard-company.de
Full provider identification: Legal notice

2. Visiting the site

The site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in Germany. When the site is loaded, your browser transmits technically necessary data that the server processes: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, status code, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in delivering the site technically and in defending against attacks. This data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short time.

3. Contact form

When you submit the form, these details are processed: name, company, email address, type of enquiry, budget range and your message.

To defend against automated requests, your IP address, the time of submission and the browser identifier are also processed and stored with the enquiry. Without this check the form would become unusable within a short time.

The enquiry is stored on the server and additionally delivered by email to info@beard-company.de. The mailbox belongs to BEARD COMPANY, which is why the email shows beard-company.de as the sender although the enquiry came in via stilla.tv. We use IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, for sending mail and for the mailbox.

If you choose “Setcard (PDF)” as the topic, we also send a second email with the setcard as a PDF attachment to the address you entered in the form. The text of this email is fixed and contains no details from the form. For this, the address is passed to the mail provider (see above) and stored with the enquiry. We also store whether you submitted the form on the German or the English page, because the language of this email depends on it. Because the address is entered freely, the number of these emails per sender is limited within a short time.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry aims at a contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time without formalities — an email to the address above is enough. The lawfulness of processing carried out until then is not affected.

Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are dealt with and no statutory retention periods prevent it.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

No cookies are set and no audience measurement is used. Fonts and images sit on the same server — no requests go to third parties while you read the site. That is why this site has no consent banner either.

5. Links to platforms

The site links to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Discord and the HRNBCK shop. These contents are not embedded but only linked: data flows only once you click a link and leave the site. From then on the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

6. Encryption

The site is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. This encrypts the data you transmit on its way to the server.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Contact the address above for this.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent one is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen), Kavalleriestr. 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
